Suggested Use: Unless otherwise directed by a health professional, apply about 6 pumps (equals about 1/4 teaspoon (about 20 mg. of micronized progesterone)).
For best results apply to skin areas that a thin and well-supplied with capillary blood flow, such as upper chest, neck, inner arms and inner thighs. Rotate application areas daily.
Pre-menopause: apply cream for 14 days beginning on the 12th day after the period starts. Repeat monthly.
Post-menopause: apply daily for 21 consecutive days in the month. Repeat monthly.
Men: apply 2-3 pumps daily for 21 consecutive days in the month.
