HOW WE CALCULATE SHIPPING & PACKAGING CHARGES

We are not in the shipping business and we only want to break even on our shipping and packaging. We only want to deliver your products to you safely and reliably at roughly the same rate we are charged for these services. Some of our competitors, not all, choose to cover some or their shipping/packaging/handling costs in their product cost to make you think you are somehow getting a great deal on the shipping cost. All we can tell you is that we don’t play any games with these costs, we just estimate them as realistically as we can. Our shipping/packaging bill is really what it costs to package and ship your goods to you – nothing more and nothing less.

We ship to all the Continental USA plus Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Europe and other countries. Shipments outside of the continental USA have more variability in our shipping options and a wider range of variability by specific address.

All orders for Continental USA will be shipped by the most cost effective, expedient method by default.

5) INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Due to international orders not reaching their destinations in a timely fashion, or not reaching their destinations at all, we have changed our international shipping policies (for the time being). At the time, we will only process orders to Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Continental USA.

However, the shipping charges will NOT be correct. We will then notify you as per the ACTUAL charges.
All orders to Mexico, Hawaii, and Canada will be shipped USPS by default.

6) LIMITED LIABILITY
We here at NUPRO believe that the key to a successful business lies in giving the customer GREAT SERVICE. We are human, just like you, and subject to error on occasion. If that happens, we aim to make that error right as quickly as possible. If you visit our website, email us, write to us, purchase from us, or talk to one of our staff on the telephone, you agree that we cannot and will not be responsible for any more in dollars and cents than the value of THE ORDER IN QUESTION AT THAT TIME. You agree to not take ‘us’ (anyone or everyone employed or owning part or all of NUPRO) to any court of law. That includes any other registered trade name that we use.

7) ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PROCESSING
Please read this. It will help you to know when to expect the arrival of your order.
All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time will be processed and shipped the same day, with the exclusion of Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Orders placed on those occasions will be processed on the next business day. This applies to purchases by credit card ‘on the website’, by telephone, or by email when the card transaction has been ‘approved’. Approval, as used in this context, means that your ‘funds’ are being held by our bank or our Secure Server. If you wish to pay by any method other than credit card and you have any questions just email us at: email@example.com. We will quickly let you know how to proceed.
In the event of a back-order, we will notify you by phone or email, and, if you opt to cancel, consider it done. We will credit your card within 48 hours. If you prepaid with a check or money order, please allow up to 10 days to be refunded. If you opt to ‘hang-in-there’, we will ship immediately upon arrival. We occasionally encounter an item that is out of stock here, and also back-ordered at the factory. Although frustrating for all of us, sometimes it can take weeks before that item becomes available again. Again, if you opt to ‘hang-in-there’, we will send any or all of these back-orders to you with no additional freight fee. Just click on ‘reply’, and let us know if you choose to cancel in a back-order situation. If we do not hear from you, then we will assume that your wish is to wait for it.

8 ) ORDER CONFIRMATION & BACKORDERS
Receiving an email confirmation does not mean that your order has been accepted, processed, or approved. It simply is a confirmation that NUPRO has received your email order request. It is to let you know that your order has arrived intact and complete, that it is not lost in cyberspace, that it arrived at the correct destination. ORDER PROCESSING is what takes place next. Verifying that your item(s) are in stock, verifying your credit card information, boxing and labeling. etc. – that is Order Processing. If there is a problem with your order, we will let you know what needs to be done to fix it. If there are no problems, we will let you know when we ship your order.

10) PAYMENT OPTIONS
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and American Express are accepted on our website. At this time, we will also accept personal checks, business checks, money orders (1stBank, Visa, AmericanExpress, WesternUnion and others), and certified checks sent by mail. If you pay by credit card your order will begin processing the same day – Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays excepted. If you pay by one of the other approved methods we will process your order as soon as the funds have cleared ‘our’ bank. We will email you as soon as we receive payment and again when the order ships. To protect us from fraud, the ADDRESS to which your credit card was ISSUED, must match the address where we are shipping the item(s) or you need to make special arrangements ahead of time. Be sure to enter the address where you receive your credit card bill in the checkout. If you do not, there is a very good chance that your transaction will NOT be approved.

11) RETURNS & REPLACEMENT POLICY
If your shipment arrives damaged, notify NUPRO as soon as possible. We will advise you how to proceed. Email us at email@example.com. We will contact you promptly!
If it appears that the CARTON(s) are damaged, KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. DO NOT BREAK DOWN THE BOXES. DO NOT remove the UPS or USPS Label(s).
In the event that you change your mind after an order has shipped, you may return it to us for credit. It must be returned to us in a re-sellable condition, and in its ORIGINAL CONTAINER. Sadly, you must pay the shipping costs and restocking charges.
Now, there’s a word that probably moves you. Well, just relax. Unless you are a resident of Colorado, then there is no need to charge you sales tax, at least from our end. If the city, county, or state where you reside asks you to report such out-of-state purchases for tax purposes, you had better do it.
Now, if you are residing in Colorado….that means the place we’re shipping to….you must pay SALES TAX ! If we are shipping your order here in Colorado, we must add 2.9% to your order so that we can continue to keep Colorado beautiful.
Now; if you are a bona fide RESELLER, and you have a BUSINESS LICENSE, and a SALES TAX LICENSE, then you don’t have to pay any sales tax TO US, no matter in which state you are residing. All we need is your license #. Be sure, however, that you are licensed to dietary supplemnets.
13) TIEPOGRAPHICAL eRRORS
Occasionally, we might make an error. Let us say that an item is advertised at $ 19.95, but it ‘should’ read $119.95. Sorry, we can’t let it get away for $19.95.
But, what we will do is to notify you of our blunder, and offer the product to you ‘at our cost’. Then you can decide yay or nay. If the stated price is within a couple of bucks of our ‘cost’, then you’ll never know, because we will just go ahead and ship it to you. What’s a couple bucks between friends?

So for those of you in a Continental US location there is usually no great advantage to spending the extra fee to get accelerated delivery – which will usually mean getting your order one day earlier.

Please allow us 24 hours to respond (work week), and 48 hours (weekends and holidays). If UPS or USPS indicates that they have delivered your package, yet it is nowhere to be found, contact US immediately. Do not call UPS or the PostOffice. They will only tell you to get in touch with NUPRO.
