NOTE:  The emphasis of these writings is to help you feel like a victim of an unsympathetic society; encouraging you to focus on ways for you to rationalize your over-weight condition.

2.  Dieting, eating less and exercising more, has failed most, if not all, of you because the approach – starvation and over-exertion –  is unsustainable and unhealthy.  Plus, even  if you’re successful at 1st, you’ll gain the weight back, with more, once you quit dieting and exercising.
