NuHarmony™ Wild Yam Cream with natural progesterone ( 2 oz. jar) is a proprietary cream containing:
- Aloe Vera gel,
- Wild Yam Extract (diosgenin),
- Progesterone (5 mg./oz.),
- Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A),
- Black Cohosh (root),
- Ginseng (root),
- Chamomile (flower) and
- skin emollients, with a natural scent that should not interfere with other fragrances.
Suggested use: Massage ¼ to ½ teaspoon of cream into skin until it is noticeably absorbed. Apply topically to softer, thinner skin regions such as neck, chest, buttocks, inner thighs, inner arms; to skin that can blush.
Caution: Before using cream as a moisturizer, determine if facial skin is sensitive by applying a small amount. May be used daily; not to exceed 2 oz. per month.
Note: Use as a night cream, a day cream or both depending on your special needs.
