Suggested Use:
For women with monthly cycles: Use on day 12 thru 26 of cycle. Apply 1 pump of airless pump applicator (about 1/4 teaspoon) twice daily to inner arms, abdomen, thighs, face or neck, rotating areas of application;

For women without monthly cycles: Use daily. Apply 1 pump of airless pump applicator (about 1/4 teaspoon) twice daily to inner arms, abdomen, thighs, face or neck, rotating areas of application;
