Could
Candida
Yeast be an Issue?
Try
this simple experiment to find out.
- Place an unopened bottle of water and a clear, clean glass on your night stand before going to
bed.
- First thing in
the morning, before you put ANYTHING in your mouth, fill the clear glass
with the room temperature bottled water.
- Work up a bit
of saliva, then spit it into the glass of water.
- Check the water every 15
minutes or so for up to one hour.
If Candida
Yeast is an
issue, you will see strings (like legs) traveling
down into the water from the saliva floating on the top, or "cloudy"
saliva will sink to the bottom of the glass, or cloudy specks
will seem to be suspended in the water.
The more you see of any or all of these, and the faster you see it, the worse the overgrowth.
If, almost immediately, you see "stuff" falling out of the saliva, you know you’re
dealing with an extensive situation.
If, after 30 minutes, you see just a little bit falling out of the saliva,
Candida Yeast in a issue, but not as extensively.
If, after
at least an hour, there are
no strings, and the saliva is still floating, you
probably have Candida Yeast that is under control. |
